You will need 2 weeks to help your child complete bladder and bowel diaries prior to your scheduled appointment.
PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT (Choose a date at least 2 weekends away)
You will receive these diaries within 48hrs via email after making your booking, Please check your junk mail folder if you do not see them in your inbox.
Most families find it easier to complete the bladder diaries over 2 weekends.
It is company policy that children need to be present for appointments (school absent notes can be provided)
Outside of school hours appointments are available for high school students only
Hotmail accounts will not be accepted when making a booking
Cancellations within 48hrs of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee
